Paramount Roasters proudly offers Brazil Yellow Bourbon from the Cerrado Mineiro Region, the first "Designation of Origin" region in Brazil. Only coffees grown inside the officially delimited area and that follow the specific rules of the production process defined byt the Regulatory Board may have the Cerrado Mineiro Region D.O. which is assured by the Guaranteed Origin and Seal on each bag.
What makes Brazilian coffee unique?
Coffees from Brazil are high-quality and usually possess an intense sweetness in the form of caramel and chocolate notes. Typically they are well-bodied with relatively low acidity.
The sensory characteristics of Yellow Bourbon are clearly noticeable in the cup, including its sweet flavor, striking aroma and very pronounced citric acidic flavor. Ripe fruits and raisins are other common flavor notes.
